We are hiring a Trust Officer for our Trust team in the Singapore office.

Reporting to the Senior Officer and assisting the Senior Officer in the day-to-day operation including the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the administration of legal structures including trust, companies, foundations and other similar structures.
  • Ensuring the adherence of these structures to the fiduciary, statutory, regulatory, and internal obligations that they are subject to.
  • Drafting of appropriate documents and other work in order to assist a team of administrators of administrating the legal structures and responding (or proactively engaging) with client requests.
  • Assisting with contact with client, advisors and related third parties (for example external lawyers, tax consultants etc.).
  • Assisting an accounts teams with the preparation of annual accounts for the legal structures, by assisting qualified bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information is provided to them and recorded.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, and learning and adhering to AML/CFT and other regulator regulations and obligations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3 years’ experience in trust environment
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management and trust structuring
  • Relevant professional qualification
  • High degree of integrity and ethical culture
  • Excellence in client servicing
  • Good report writing and analytical abilities
  • Excellence communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Attention to detail and outgoing personality

The Remuneration Package
The remuneration for the role will be competitive with the market and depend on the skills and experience of the successful candidate. Medical insurance is provided plus a number of other incentive schemes.
